The Flexwall®Classic Volumetric Feeder by SPS | Solids Process Solutions is designed to handle a wide range of flowable ingredients including powders, pellets, flakes, and fibers. It features a flexible polyurethane hopper that is agitated by amplitude adjustable paddles to ensure consistent screw filling and mass flow without ingredient degradation. The feeder offers interchangeable screws and screw tubes enabling quick adjustments to accommodate different ingredients and feed rates. It is designed for easy and fast cleaning, with an optional hinged motor for simple screw removal from the rear. Additionally, a separate paddle motor is available for adjusting paddle speed to handle challenging flowing ingredients, although this feature is not available for model FW20.
