The Bin Activator BA by WAMGROUP is a vibratory outlet hopper designed to ensure smooth and steady discharge of powdery or granular materials from silos or hoppers. Made from seamless carbon or stainless steel, the BA features a tapered conical shape and uses vibration to promote material flow. The unit includes a seamless SINT engineering polymer seal and suspensions that create a flexible connection between the silo and the bin activator. The vibration is generated by one or two electric OLI motovibrators, which cause the bin activator to move in a gyratory pattern, facilitating efficient material flow. Suitable for various industrial applications such as flour milling, feed and food processing, plastics, chemicals, and more, the BA improves discharge efficiency and minimizes maintenance needs. The BA comes in sizes ranging from Ø 400mm (16 in) to 3,000mm (10 ft) with a discharge capacity of 5 to 320 m³/h (3 to 190 cfm). It also offers options for high-temperature versions, FDA-approved food-grade seals, and versions compliant with ATEX Zone 22 requirements.
