The 3C Series from IMA Group consists of vertical baggers designed specifically for confectionery packaging. These baggers feature an Open Frame architecture that offers easy access for cleaning and maintenance. Equipped with a PLC and user-friendly HMI, the 3C Series ensures high performance with its motorized film unwinding unit, pneumatic film tension controller, and motorized film alignment system. Capable of intermittent or continuous motion, these machines can produce pillow bags, with or without hanging holes, block bottom and quad seal bags. The baggers support capacities from 50 cc to 5000 cc, and models like the 3C-130/OF can handle up to 150 pouches per minute. Additional features include degassing valve applicators, N2 flushing systems, and in-line weight control. The 3C Series is suitable for confectionery packaging applications where efficiency and flexibility are paramount.
