The Turbo-Fix Series by Dumek, a division of Marchesini Group, is a range of vacuum turboemulsifiers designed for the processing of liquid and creamy products. These units feature a fixed cover and vessel, available in capacities from 300 to 10,000 liters. The vessel is equipped with a jacket for both heating and cooling, which can be powered by either electric or steam systems. An insulating jacket ensures temperature consistency. The turbine is positioned at the bottom of the vessel, with a speed regulated by an inverter, which works in tandem with a slow mixer with counter-rotating movement. Additional features include a vacuum circuit and the possibility for inside vessel washing through optional CIP and SIP systems. The user interface is enhanced with a 12” touchscreen and remote service capabilities via a dedicated app. The system is compliant with full Atex certification, ensuring safety in hazardous environments.
