The VCP Pressure Relief Valves by WAMGROUP are designed to serve as the last line of defense when abnormal pressure conditions threaten the integrity of a silo. Constructed from lightweight yet durable painted carbon steel or 304 stainless steel, these valves incorporate helical springs to maintain lid closure under normal pressure. When the internal pressure exceeds preset limits, the valve opens to release excess pressure instantly. The VCP Pressure Relief Valves are available in two sizes, capable of handling flow rates up to 13,000 m3/h (7,650 cfm). They are also compliant with European Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 for food industry applications, featuring a stainless steel weather protection cover and mechanical set-up for inductive signaling sensors. Additional options include an ATEX-certified version and various preset pressure settings. This versatility ensures that the valves can be adapted to meet a wide range of industrial needs, from food processing to waste water treatment and construction material handling.
