The HP303 by OMVE is a high-pressure inline homogenizer designed for continuous processing and pilot-scale operations. It includes two homogenization valves equipped with dedicated pressure gauges and three plungers to minimize pulsation. The system supports integration with pasteurizers and sterilizers, featuring cavitation protection and critical control point monitoring with temperature sensors. Fully compliant with 3A standards and equipped with FDA-approved elastomers, the HP303 can handle capacities ranging from 30L/h to 500L/h. It offers an aseptic design upgrade, two-stage homogenization, and high-level automation.
