Ensures consistent mixing and homogenization

The LiquidMaster by Daniatech operates on the rotor-stator principle, distributing products through patented slots with a special closed mixing wheel. Designed for versatility, it recirculates approximately 75% of the liquid back into the vessel. The system integrates a butterfly valve for manual control of liquid levels and automatic pumping action for low to medium viscosity liquids. For higher viscosity applications over 250 cP, positive feeding setups are required. Featuring an ergonomic table design, the LiquidMaster ensures an optimal working position. Standard features include a shaft-sealed mixer unit, Tri-clamp inlet/outlet, and a CIP spray ball. Available options offer further customization, such as double mechanical shaft seals, various control cabinets, and ATEX compatibility.
