The FlexWall®Plus Loss-in-Weight Feeder by SPS Solutions is designed to handle virtually all flowable ingredients including powders, pellets, flakes, fibers, and others. This feeder features a flexible polyurethane hopper that uses amplitude adjustable paddles to maintain consistent screw filling and mass flow of ingredients without degradation. Its compact trapezoidal shape allows up to six feeders to be arranged around a central feed point. Interchangeable screws and screw tubes facilitate quick adjustments for different ingredients and feed rates. Cleaning is straightforward and fast, with an optional hinged motor for easy removal of screws from the rear. An additional paddle motor option permits adjustment of paddle speed for difficult flowing materials. The feeder also includes a high-tech weighing system ensuring high weighing accuracy.
