Efficient separation of impurities and agglomerates
The INOXPA sieving system is designed to separate impurities from powdered products and discard any agglomerates. This system is fed either by gravity, suction, or driven in-line to the pneumatic transport system. Inside, a worm screw moves the load to the sieving area where centrifugal blades filter the product through to a central clean zone. If the granulation is too compact or contains foreign bodies, the material is directed from the filtering zone to the rejection container. This system is customizable to specific needs based on micron rating or flow rate and includes models that can handle up to 4,000 kg/hour using a 1,600 μm mesh. Operational times are minimized, and maintenance is straightforward.
