The Micro Dosing Unit (MDU) by Ottevanger Milling Engineers is a high accuracy dosing system ideal for various applications including feed, food, cereals, seeds, pet food, aqua feed, and premix concentrates. The system comprises a robust, hygienically designed steel base frame that integrates bin hoppers, dosing equipment, and scales. With capacity for up to 8 bins, the MDU offers flexibility with 4 super scales, significantly reducing cycle times. It enables precise dosing with adjustable screw feeders and agitators for optimal mixing. The system allows for easy expansion, fitting under larger bin blocks when necessary. Optional components include multiple dosing scales to meet different capacity requirements, ranging from 2% of scale capacity to larger volumes.
