The FBC 125 X•ONE by ACG World is a versatile fluid bed combo designed for diverse applications such as drying, top-spray granulation, and Wurster coating, capable of handling batches up to 125 liters. This system is equipped with the MOST™ (Maximum Operator Safety Technology) concept, approved by the FSA and compliant with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, ensuring supreme safety. The innovative C-flanges prevent explosion pressure transfer beyond the system, while the X•ONE inflatable seals provide safety even at low pressures. The system includes Quick Action Stop Valves (QASV) that contain explosions within 20 milliseconds. Furthermore, the exclusive X•ONE command process control system allows intuitive, secure monitoring and control, complying with GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11 standards. Additionally, the machine features patented nozzles developed in collaboration with Düsen-Schlick GmbH, enhancing productivity and simplifying operation and cleaning.
