The Sollcoater® SC / SCT by Sollich is a versatile enrobing system designed for the middle performance range. It provides both built-in turbo tempering and external Turbotemper®e TE options, allowing for flexibility in production. The device is capable of full, half, and bottom coating applications. With a capacity of up to 200 kg/h for built-in tempering or unlimited capacity with external tempering, the Sollcoater® SC / SCT ensures gentle mass circulation through an adjustable pawl pump and uniform bottom coating via a frequency-controlled bottoming roller. Its double curtain station and blow-off device maintain coating precision, while an effective mechanical shaking device and easily detachable patent-pending detailer simplify the process. Designed for ease of operation and cleaning, the machine accommodates working widths from 520 mm to 820 mm and a length of 1.35 meters.
