The MBC Double Cone Blender by INOXPA is designed for the effective and homogeneous mixing of solid materials. This blender features two cone-shaped sections welded to a central cylindrical section, providing axial mixing through rotation. Its unique design helps achieve thorough mixing while preventing dead spaces and facilitating gravity discharge. The blender is ideal for sensitive mixtures prone to breakage and those where dust generation must be minimized. With six available models offering total capacities ranging from 160 to 4200 liters, the unit handles a useful load of up to 65% of its total capacity. Manufactured with AISI 316 for product-contact parts, and AISI 304 for structural parts, the blender ensures durability and compliance with quality standards. Its bright polished interior and exterior surfaces, coupled with hermetically sealed apertures, facilitate easy cleaning and prevent contamination.
