The robust stainless steel frame and sanitary design enable comprehensive washdown, making it suitable for various food and beverage industries. Equipped with vacuum pull belts, automatic film tracking, and Allen Bradley controls, it provides ease of use and high reliability. The system is capable of packaging at speeds of up to 60 bags per minute, with bag sizes ranging from 60 mm x 120 mm to 300 mm x 1,000 mm. Additional features include a film splice table, jaw obstruction detection, and storage for 100 product recipes.
