Automate carton blank infeed from pallets
The TLM Comfort Feeder by Schubert Group is a compact solution designed for automating the infeed of carton blanks directly from the pallet to the packaging process. This system features an F4 robot which pulls each blank individually from pre-cut sheets placed on a pallet and deposits them into a vertical magazine buffer. The pallet is incrementally lifted to access all sheets, with a camera system ensuring precise handling of each blank. The blanks are then transported to the A6 erector where they are glued and erected with high precision at rates up to 60 blanks per minute. The lightweight robotic tools and compact design save space and reduce operator workload. The system integrates seamlessly with downstream packaging processes and can operate unattended for extended periods, boosting overall efficiency and minimizing downtime.
