This system is designed for small to medium production capacities, handling product volumes of 500 kg, 1250 kg, and 2000 kg. The integrated grinding bars and pressure adjustment mechanism ensure that the product is refined to a consistent quality, batch after batch. With features such as automatic conching and temperature control, the system simplifies operations while maintaining the high standards required for premium chocolate production. Optional extra features like shear attachment for low-fat masses and sound reduction cabinets are also available to further customize the system to specific needs.
