Streamlined bag emptying for safe and efficient operation
The DIMA® Bag Emptying System by Dinnissen is designed to handle bagged products efficiently, offering solutions that can manage between 1 and over 1,200 bags per hour. The system ranges from manual to fully automatic versions. The DIMA®-MAN allows operators to manually cut and empty the bags, enhancing flexibility for low-capacity operations. For semi-automatic functions, the DIMA®-100 cuts the bags automatically, leaving the operator to empty and discard them. The DIMA®-200X caters to more critical applications, featuring emissions lower than 0.1 mg per m³, ideal for toxic product handling. For high-volume applications, the DIMA®-300, DIMA®-600, and DIMA®-1200 can process up to 40 tons of product per hour. All models can be fitted with ATEX-certified components, integrated extraction systems, and empty bag compactors. The system’s durability is ensured with reinforced structural components, minimizing maintenance needs.
