The RPD-40 is a member of Accutek’s Positive Displacement Fillers family, designed for automatic bottle filling. This system features individual PD Pump Heads for each fill head, allowing precise adjustment using an advanced MHI/PLC Control Package. The operator can achieve exact, repeatable accuracy through a user-friendly touch-screen interface. Made from high-quality, sanitary stainless steel components, the pump heads are available in 4gpm and 10gpm options, making it suitable for a wide range of product viscosities. The RPD-40 can handle various container sizes and fill volumes, making it versatile for applications in industries such as food and beverage, cosmetics, and chemicals. The unit includes failsafe systems, integrated safety features, and quick changeover capabilities, ensuring reliable operation and minimal downtime. The system can fill up to 240 containers per minute and supports fill sizes from 0.5 oz to 1 gal.
