Vertical mixer for creams and desserts

In food and cosmetic production, achieving a perfectly uniform mixture of various creams, batters, and doughs is essential. Challenges arise in maintaining consistency and optimal temperature control during the mixing process, especially when working with both water-based and anhydrous products.

Ensures consistent and reliable mixing

The CP series vertical mixer from Boema is designed to deliver optimal and uniform mixing for a wide range of products, including creams, desserts, batters, dairy products, various doughs, and cosmetic products. This is achieved through the combination of two stirrers: a slow ‘grazing anchor’ with optional plastic scraping elements, and a fast ‘marine anchor.’ The temperature of the product is precisely controlled by a heating/cooling jacket around the mixer body, designed to ensure efficient fluid circulation and high reliability, with all jackets tested at 6 bar. Thermal dispersion is minimized by a high-density insulating layer enclosed in a stainless-steel jacket. The mixer is built with durability and reliability in mind, ensuring effective mixing for various industrial applications.

Benefits

  • Uniform mixing with dual stirrers
  • Precise temperature control
  • Versatile use for multiple product types
  • High reliability with tested components
  • Minimized thermal dispersion
