The machine offers a high-speed production rate of up to 80 cycles per minute (CPM) and supports stick packs ranging from 17mm x 40mm to 60mm x 200mm in size. The powered film unwind system with tension control, film slitters, and forming tubes ensures precise bag formation. The machine uses Siemens or Allen Bradley control systems and features automatic film tracking, integrated inner lighting, and easy change-over for minimal downtime.
