The AVL-42/44 by Pattyn is a semi-liquid weigh filler designed for precise and efficient filling of a variety of semi-liquid products such as edible oils, fats, cocoa mass, and mayonnaise. This system features two or four filling valves and scales, enabling high-speed operations with an output of up to 15 containers per minute and a throughput of up to 18 tons per hour. The innovative weigh controller includes a fast/slow system and self-regulated valve closing for automatic after-fall correction, ensuring accuracy within +/- 40 grams or better per fill. Additionally, its hygienic design with completely closed HACCP guarding and swing doors offers maximum food safety. The AVL-42/44 is compatible with a wide range of containers such as boxes, tins, pails, and jibs, and comes with a 15-inch HMI for easy operation.
