The Contherm® HP is a single-wall scraped-surface heat exchanger engineered by Alfa Laval for high-pressure processing. Capable of withstanding pressures up to 41.4 bar (600 PSI), it is designed for continuous and semi-continuous operations. This heat exchanger efficiently manages a wide range of viscosities and can handle particles up to 36 mm. Its robust construction ensures reliable mechanical performance and efficient heat transfer. The self-aligning rotating shaft simplifies installation and reduces downtime during transitions. Users can install the Contherm® HP vertically or horizontally depending on space constraints.
