The Rotocrusher, manufactured by Hanningfield Process Systems, is a single-roll lump breaker (rotary crushing valve type) designed to meet stringent industrial requirements. Constructed according to cGMP standards, it features one or two rollers for optimal lump breaking during processing. The Rotocrusher can seamlessly integrate with existing Cleaning-In-Place and Sterilization-In-Place systems, thanks to its stainless steel EN 1.4404 (AISI 316L) construction. Its compact, standard design allows it to function effectively as a pre-breaker when used in conjunction with cone mills or other sieve-type equipment. Suitable for various material sizes ranging from DN 100 to DN 300, it achieves an output flow rate between 750kgs/hr and 3,000kgs/hr, making it ideal for high-capacity applications.
