The MPV-FE Pressurized Fermenter from OMVE is a highly controlled system designed for lab-scale fermentation. This fermenter supports sterilized fermentation by integrating seamlessly with an Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) unit, allowing for sterilization in place (SIP). It can autonomously operate at specified temperature and time profiles, with critical control points accurately monitored and recorded. The fermenter is available in capacities ranging from 20L to 600L, including dual 20L and 50L options on the same skid. It features a human machine interface (HMI) for control and offers multiple customization options like different mixers, ingredient funnels, and valves for product sampling and gas introduction.
