The FlexWall®Plus Batch Feeder by SPS | Solids Process Solutions is a universal loss-in-weight batch feeder designed to accommodate virtually all flowable ingredients, including powders, pellets, flakes, and fibers. Its flexible polyurethane hopper, agitated by amplitude adjustable paddles, ensures consistent screw filling and mass flow of ingredients without degradation. The compact trapezoidal shape allows up to six feeders to be arranged around a central feed point, facilitating space-efficient setups. The interchangeable screws and screw tubes enable quick adjustments to varying ingredients and feed rates, while optional features such as a hinged motor and separate paddle motor enhance ease of maintenance and adaptability. The integrated high-tech weighing system offers high batch accuracy through coarse/fine flow or ‘Automatic Rate Turndown’ (A.R.T.) mode.
