The AZO DOSITAINER® with Discharge Base is a portable storage container featuring an integral dosing screw, designed by AZO. It allows for precise dosing of bulk materials into automatic weighing processes. The system can be seamlessly switched over without requiring interim cleaning due to its unique design. It features a frequency-controlled drive with coarse/fine metering and a pneumatically operated seal on the dosing screw outlet, ensuring extremely high weighing accuracy, even at higher throughput rates. The patented docking collar maintains secure discharging with minimal dust generation. An optional vibrating discharge aid ensures reliable discharging. An automatic identification system prevents mix-ups and allows precise batch tracing and documentation. An alternative model is available for handling highly flammable dusts with a minimum ignition energy (MIE) of 1mJ ≤ MIE <3mJ, making it suitable for various industrial and storage applications.
