Separate and transfer products seamlessly

The Piping Discharge System (P.D.S.) by Innotec is designed to separate various products during transfer using a diaphragm, thereby avoiding mixing and significantly reducing product loss. It features a technopolymer sphere that is elastic enough to move within specialized tubing, propelled by gas, water, or wine. This movement is automatically controlled by a central PLC. The system can incorporate stations along its length and is capable of thermostating the product within the tubing, whether heating or cooling is required, to optimize filling functions. The P.D.S. system includes an internally polished AISI 316 steel structure, flanged joints, and 3-inch tubing segmented by automatic ball valves. Feedback on the sphere’s movement is provided in real-time, and it can integrate with C.I.P., microfiltration, and dosing systems. It also improves pressure management during filling, preventing foam formation and ensuring total product recovery.
