The FlexWall®Classic Loss-in-Weight Feeder from SPS Solutions is designed to handle virtually all flowable ingredients, including powders, pellets, flakes, and fibers. It features a flexible polyurethane hopper agitated by adjustable paddles, ensuring consistent screw filling and mass flow without ingredient degradation. Interchangeable screws and screw tubes allow quick adjustments to changing ingredients and feed rates. The feeder is easy to clean and offers optional hinged motor and separate paddle motor for easy screw removal and adjustment of paddle speed for difficult flowing ingredients. Equipped with a high-tech weighing system using a digital load cell or high-resolution strain gauge load cell, the FlexWall®Classic provides high weighing accuracy.
