The unit offers optional touchscreen controls for automated monitoring of critical control points (CCPs), allowing users to set specific time and temperature profiles for preparation and pasteurization. The MPV206-BL includes either three or six buckets with sizes of 6L or 10L, and it supports various mixers such as a standard propeller mixer or a high-shear rotor-stator mixer, depending on the requirement.
