Each mixer comes with a pneumatically-operated cover for easy cleaning. Additional features available on request include a thermostatation control unit and a weighing system. The single stirrer version is ideal for mixing ingredients or refining creams, while the double stirrer version handles pasty products and initial ingredient mixing. There is also a spiral stirrer option for mixing powders. All mixers are constructed from stainless steel, enhancing durability and easy cleaning. Temperature control is managed by a heating/cooling interspace designed to ensure optimal fluid circulation and high reliability. This interspace is tested for pressures up to 6 bar, and heated parts are insulated with high-density material to minimize thermal dispersion.
