The machine consists of two main modules: a linear module for sachet vertical sealing, coding, corners rounding, film pulling, and single sachet cutting; and a rotating module with 8 stations for dosing products away from high-temperature sealing areas. This dual-module structure enables the system to handle a wide variety of sachet configurations such as three-side sealing, four-side sealing, doypack, sachets with shaped heads, and more. Additionally, it minimizes the risk of product heating during the packaging process, maintains high compactness, and ensures complete accessibility.
