Utilizing a vacuum system, it draws powder below the liquid level to instantly wet the powder, eliminating air incorporation and ensuring a homogeneous dispersion in seconds. The mixer features a high-shear mechanism combined with a scraper agitator that generates a controlled vortex in the tank. The unit comes equipped with an insulated jacket, allowing for rapid heating and cooling using steam or ice water. For faster heating, direct steam valves can be added. This results in a stable, lump-free product with an optimized energy-efficient mixing process, reducing maintenance costs. The ProcessMaster is ideal for producing sauces, mayonnaise, dressings, gels, creams, and emulsions. It ensures homogenization down to 3µ and handles viscosities up to 50,000 cP.
