The system features a pneumatic actuator for the main rotor and either a pneumatic or electric motor for the secondary rotor. This allows the device to efficiently switch to a finer dosing process after performing the bulk dosing, quickly achieving the target weight set on the HMI controls connected to weigh scales. The body and rotors are constructed from stainless steel EN 1.4404 (AISI 316L), with seals made from FDA-compliant non-metallic materials. It is cGMP-compliant and designed for easy disassembly for cleaning and replacement of parts, ensuring minimal downtime and maintenance efforts.
