Automated chocolate grinding and mixing

The CAO B3000-CHOC DUO by Caotech is a fully automatic production line designed for batch weighing, mixing, grinding, and conching of chocolate, creams, bread spreads, and fat-based compounds. This system is based on two CAO C3000 ball mills and a Mini Mix weighing/mixing unit. The CAO B3000-CHOC DUO handles batch capacities of up to 1,000 kg, achieving end fineness levels of 22-25 microns in approximately 60 minutes when using crystal sugar. The operational efficiency reaches up to 900 kg/h. It can be equipped with automatic feeding systems for ingredients such as fats, lecithin, vanillin, and other aromas. The reduced grinding time when using powdered sugar and the system’s limited heat development ensures constant product quality with low energy consumption. The compact design requires minimal floor space and no foundation, enhancing its practical usability.
