The DEA320 inline deaerator from OMVE is designed to continuously remove dissolved air and gas from your product, enhancing overall product quality. The system uses one of three deaeration methods—static disc, rotary disc, or spray nozzle—depending on your specific application. Equipped with onboard heating capabilities and a small tubular heat exchanger, the DEA320 improves evaporation efficiency. Single or multiple passes enable you to achieve a concentration level of 0.5ppm or less. An aroma regenerator/condenser recaptures aroma from vapors, preventing unwanted increases in concentration or loss of aroma. This unit integrates seamlessly with OMVE pasteurizers, sterilizers, and filling systems. Available nominal capacities include 50L/h, 100L/h, 200L/h, or 500L/h.
