The PERFITECH by Perfinox is a compact production unit designed for liquid food products with various viscosities, including those with particulates. The system integrates several unit operations, such as mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, vacuum processing, heating (both direct and indirect), and cooling, all in one machine. This modular system includes a bottom-driven agitator and dual heat exchange surfaces to facilitate efficient temperature control up to 95ÂșC. The inclined bottom allows easy product discharge with minimal waste. Additionally, the integrated CIP cleaning system simplifies maintenance, and the touch panel control makes operation straightforward. Available in capacities of 300 to 3000 liters, this system is suitable for a wide range of applications, including soups, sauces, fruit preparations, and dairy products, ensuring repeatable, high-quality production.
