Constructed from stainless steel, with hermetically sealed gear chambers and whey suction drives, it ensures high hygiene and product quality. The Double-O shaped vat provides a large surface area for low breakage of cheese kernels, and it can be heated with hot water or steam. Its self-supporting agitators and special cutting knives guarantee uniform cheese curd distribution. Additionally, the vat’s control system allows for individual recipe adjustments and remote monitoring via Ethernet.
