The R.W.S. (Recovery Wine System) by INNOTEC (Omnia Technologies) enables the recovery of wine used for rinsing in pre-bottling phases. The system stores the rinsed wine in a holding tank, which is capped with inert gas to maintain integrity. This wine is then dosed back into the production line with high precision, controlled by the dosing pumps’ pressure management. It interfaces seamlessly with C.I.P. and micro-filtration systems, automating production and washing operations. This solution effectively reduces oxidative matter and ensures precise dosing proportional to the production batch.
