The ZD 32 FB by Three-Tec is a volumetric flat-bottom twin-screw feeder designed to handle poorly flowing and free-flowing powders that tend to clump, cake, or form bridges on the hopper wall. The bottom scraper ensures gentle and complete discharge of bulk materials, preventing blockages and maintaining smooth operation. The feeder offers flexible throughput capacities, ranging from 8.7 to 2,460 l/h with an AC three-phase motor and 2.6 to 3,135 l/h with a servo motor. It features a 32 mm diameter metering tool, a dosing hopper capacity of 14.5 liters, and variable speed settings from 4 to 750 min-1 depending on the motor type. The ZD 32 FB is ideal for applications requiring precise and reliable feeding of challenging powder materials.
