The Supradry by Bachiller is a vertical ribbon vacuum dryer designed to provide optimal drying for thermo-sensitive wet, crystalline, amorphous, or paste products. It features a heated vertical mixing spiral that rotates at moderate speed, promoting an upward flow of product and renewing the contact with heated walls. This design maximizes the heating surface area and enhances drying efficiency under ultra-low vacuum conditions, achieving vacuum levels below 1 mbar. Operating in a batch-wise manner, it supports capacities ranging from 50 to 30,000 liters and can function at temperatures up to 200º C. The Supradry adheres to strict sanitary design standards, including cGMP and FDA validation, with internal surfaces polished to Ra ≤ 0.6 µm. It is suitable for fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food industries, offering reliable reproducibility and easy scalability.
