It allows end users to vertically case pack, close, and seal packages into standard RSC (Regular Slotted Containers) as well as reusable cases on the same system. With a quick four-point changeover process that takes under five minutes, this case packer permits various product sizes and case types to run on the same packaging line. It minimizes footprint and optimizes plant layout by integrating case packer, erector, and closer into one compact system. The open design grants ample space for operator and maintenance access. Fault detection capability initiates a ‘relax mode’ that opens the case sealer section, making obstructions easily accessible and reducing downtime. The system can be further integrated with BPA’s automated blank distribution system to enhance safety and efficiency by removing corrugate off the floor.
