Constructed from 304 stainless steel with options for titanium or hastelloy, it excels in filling and capping various container sizes ranging from 100g to 60kg. This equipment is notable for its weight filling technology, which ensures the product amount is controlled during filling rather than after. This leads to significant savings by reducing product giveaway, with a fill accuracy of approximately 1g per liter. The RB supports different materials such as PET, PP, PS, Aluminium, and Glass while maintaining an output of up to 42,000 containers per hour (1L). Designed for longevity, the structure minimizes vibration, increases precision, and ensures a safe operating environment. Integrated with multiflow nozzles and FCS+ HMI, it guarantees clean fills for foamy products. Additionally, it features rapid product changeover, facilitated by the SMED methodology, ensuring minimal downtime. Serac’s custom capping turrets further enhance operational efficiency.
