This system operates at a rate of up to 100 units per minute, thanks to its modular design and advanced asynchronous transport system. The asynchronous transport allows individual carriers to move independently, eliminating bottlenecks and allowing for parallel processing of longer tasks. The drive compartment is separated from the processing area to ensure high hygiene standards, with all production surfaces being wipe-cleanable and designed to remove extraneous DNA. Door openings of two meters and optional laminar flow ensure clean and accessible production environments.
