The GMXB-Pilot GRANUMEIST® by Freund is a high shear granulator designed for efficient and homogeneous wet granulation of powders. It features a bottom-drive system that enhances user safety and simplifies maintenance. The modular design allows for interchangeable product bowls in capacities of 10L, 25L, and 65L, catering to various batch sizes. An integrated peristaltic pump and user-defined settings for mixer and chopper blade speeds provide operational flexibility. Optional features include a jacketed bowl for temperature control and vacuum drying for one-pot processing. The system is equipped with a color touchscreen control system with both automatic (recipe driven) and manual modes, ensuring process control. Data can be collected via a USB port, and the system supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for data and recipe handling.
