The STERIS Reliance® 980PG Pharmaceutical Grade Washer is a specialized cleaning system designed for large components used in biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing. This washer features a Programmable Logic Control system (PLC) that offers up to eleven adjustable cleaning cycles, with three pre-programmed at the factory for ease of use. Its large washing chamber can handle multiple large containers simultaneously or utilize multi-function loading carts for mixed loads of smaller components. The pit-mounted installation allows easy loading and unloading of large containers, optimizing operational efficiency. Compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards is assured through its sanitary design and adherence to BPE standards, making it easy to validate. Additionally, a unique separate mechanical skid simplifies maintenance and installation.
