The Proseal AP60 is a linear conveyor tray sealing system designed by JBT. It offers flexibility for food producers who require a fully automated turnkey production line. The system can handle up to 240 packs per minute and allows users to specify the length and width of the indexing conveyor to accommodate tray de-nesting and filling needs. The modular design supports various sealing techniques, including atmospheric, gas flush, and vacuum gas, making it suitable for multiple food categories such as fish and seafood, red meat, soft fruit, and ready meals. The Eseal® energy-efficient electric seal system significantly increases seal force while reducing energy consumption by 92%. Additional features include a high-spec conveyor drive system for precise control, automatic tray eject, hygienic construction, and easel wash-down protection. Optional add-ons like the eWON machine connection system and I-film intelligent film reel monitoring system enhance the machine’s functionality.
