This system combines belt technology for fast coarse filling followed by vibratory fine dosing for precision. The low drop height ensures gentle treatment of fragile products. The device includes a demountable belt with quick release for reduced cleaning time, a standard demountable funnel, a conveyor with loadcell, two vibrating beds, a small vibratory weigh hopper, a scrape unit, and a color touch panel for user-friendly operation. It can handle up to 6 cycles per minute, with capacity subject to product type and weight. It accommodates various container sizes from L.300 x W.200 x D.100 mm to L.800 x W.500 x D.650 mm, including cardboard boxes, plastic crates, and trays.
