Lift and rotate drums and bins automatically
The Colonna Girafusti e Giracesta by Agierre is designed for the handling, lifting, and rotating of both drums and bins. The lifting column supports systems for powder transport (Vacuum Conveyor), Fusti, and Pharma BIN. It features an internal galvanized iron structure and an external AISI304 stainless steel casing. A self-braking gear motor drives the lifting mechanism, which includes a leadscrew and a ‘nutshell’ fixed on a mobile slide with four wheels, providing stable support. The system is managed through an automatic control panel, offering customizable horizontal and vertical movements, as well as rotation, which can be either manual or motorized. Safety is enhanced with a second ‘nutshell’ that activates in case of wear on the primary ‘nutshell’, indicated by a warning light on the control panel. This column is adaptable for various powder processing tasks, such as transport, dosing, mixing, and moving within the production line.
