Accurate non-contact weight filling system
The JBT Rotary Weight Filler is an extremely precise non-contact filling system designed for plastic and glass bottles, plastic cups, glass jars, and cans. This filler significantly minimizes product give-away, ensuring exact product quantities are dispensed. It operates at speeds up to 30,000 bottles per hour and includes effective Clean-in-Place (CIP) provisions. A conditioned filling space meets stringent hygienic requirements, making it ideal for dairy and other sensitive products. Additionally, its compact design allows it to be combined with a bottle rinsing unit and capper/sealer to form a mono-block system, reducing footprint and enhancing reliability. Optional configurations include Preci fill™, High Hygienic Dairy fill™ with HEPA filters, and Ultraclean Dairy fill™, which offers a minimal filling zone to prevent contamination.
