It flakes multiple 5 kg blocks into desired thickness and lengths efficiently. The system includes flaking machines positioned opposite each other within a frame, capable of being integrated with truffle lines, Prefamac conveyor belts, or cooling tunnels. The setup ensures the flakes are cooled as soon as they are made, preserving their shape and preventing crumbling. Various sets of blades can be used to achieve different flake lengths, while adjustable motor speeds allow for the control of flake thickness. Prefamac guarantees a smooth production process, producing flakes with one smooth side and one scraped side, ideal for multiple applications.
